Central Data Hub System (CDHS)
Pricing & Plans

No two companies rely on data in the same way.

A governed data and event system for companies that need multiple
teams and systems to operate from the same source of truth.

Your CDHS, Your Pricing

No two companies rely on data in the same way.

CDHS is not a workflow or an integration. It is the system that governs how data and events behave across departments and automation flows. Once multiple teams rely on shared definitions and outcomes, the real challenge is no longer building something once, but keeping it correct as the business evolves. CDHS pricing reflects system responsibility rather than per-flow execution.

Every CDHS engagement starts with a Strategic Architecture Engagement (SAE). This step maps how departments, systems, and automation depend on each other so the system can be designed to reflect real operations. From there, CDHS is deployed and configured based on that architecture. After launch, CDHS is operated as a production system through an ongoing system support plan.
The number of teams involved, the systems participating, and the degree of shared dependency all change what the system must govern. A fixed price would either overbuild or underprotect the system. A short working session with a CDHS System Architect ensures pricing is grounded in actual operational scope.

Centralized Data Hub & Single Source of Truth for a Manufacturing Organization

In a technology manufacturing organization, disparate systems and fragmented data created inefficiencies, inconsistent reporting, and operational bottlenecks.
Teams relied on different versions of the same data, and leadership lacked reliable visibility into performance or revenue outcomes. Fruition RevOps worked with the organization to build a centralized data hub and establish a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) that aligned systems, teams, and processes around one consistent dataset.
The result was a measurable improvement in operational clarity, automation reliability, and revenue visibility across departments, the organization eliminated data silos, reduced manual reconciliation efforts, and empowered leadership with trusted insights.

What Our Clients Say

When CDHS Becomes Necessary

Companies typically adopt CDHS when multiple teams depend on shared data but interpret it differently, when automation breaks as systems change, or when reporting disputes slow decisions. At that point, adding more integrations increases risk rather than reducing it.

The Role of SAE in Pricing

SAE is the step to reduce risk before committing to a system that becomes operationally critical. SAE defines what must stay consistent, where ownership boundaries exist, and what changes are allowed without breaking downstream automation. Every CDHS quote is based on this work.

CDHS Support and Ongoing Operations

Once CDHS is live, it is treated as part of daily operations. Ongoing support defines how the system is governed, how dependencies are managed, and how changes are absorbed over time. This support is system-level and intentionally separate from QDF or campaign delivery services.

Next Step

Because CDHS pricing depends on real operational scope, the next step is a short architecture session with a CDHS System Architect. This session defines the SAE scope and leads to a clear CDHS pricing proposal.
