Your trial includes every feature of the plan you selected when signing up. If you start your trial under the Pro plan, you will experience the full Pro feature set for 7 days and will be charged the Pro plan price unless you change or cancel before the trial ends. The same applies to the Growth plan- you will receive all Growth features during the trial and will be charged for Growth after 7 days unless you switch plans beforehand.

Yes. A valid payment method ensures your trial activates correctly, but you will not be charged until the 7-day trial ends — unless you choose to upgrade earlier.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Your trial will apply the feature set of the plan you are on at that moment.

Your trial uses the features and capacity of the plan you selected. For example, if you choose a Pro trial, you can test the full routing power, Talk capacity, and user access of the Pro plan. If you switch to Growth on day six, your access and limits will immediately reflect Growth. Any features not included in the new plan will be removed unless you add the proper add-ons to keep them active.

A Talk is any recorded meeting or recorded call processed by Talk-to-Tasks. In the current version, supported formats include Zoom Cloud Recordings, Zoom Local Recordings, Google Drive video files, and Dropbox video files. In upcoming releases, you’ll be able to pull recordings directly from Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Tasks are the structured action items generated from your meeting through our AI engine and your routing rules. Today, tasks can be created directly inside a chosen project in Notion or exported as an Excel file or emailed to your team. You define your routing rules once, projects, departments, team members, and assignment preferences. The system uses those rules to send every extracted task exactly where it belongs, preventing misplaced tasks or task overload.

If you upload a video file to the Talk-to-Tasks App, the video is automatically deleted from our servers after it is processed and the tasks are generated. When you provide a link (such as Zoom Cloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox), we never store the video content; we stream it securely, process it, and discard it. Deleting a Talk from your dashboard does not affect any tasks already created inside your workspace.

Yes. You can add users according to your plan. Each user gets access to the processes, routing rules, and project-level workflows you’ve set.

Add-Ons allow you to extend your plan beyond its built-in limits. You can purchase additional Talk bundles, add more users, or scale up with Talk Group Add-Ons. Each Add-On works month-to-month, and you can purchase as many units as your team needs.

Talk Groups let you organize and route different types of meetings into separate workflows. For example, you might have a Sales Talk Group, a Product Talk Group, and a Support Talk Group — each with its own routing rules, assignment logic, and project destinations. This helps large teams keep their tasks structured without mixing departments or priorities.

You can add Talks in several ways. The easiest is creating a dedicated Slack channel where any user can paste a recording link; the App will capture it automatically, process the meeting, and post the generated tasks back to Slack. If you don’t use Slack, no problem, you can upload videos directly in the App or paste recording links manually. The process remains identical: upload → process → tasks generated → tasks delivered where they belong.
